Venue Hire
We hire Valley for private performances, conferences and events. Hire includes access to our 126 capacity Main Auditorium, Foyer Space complete with café/bar, sizeable male & female dressing rooms and car parking facilities.
We offer props, costumes, audio reinforcement, film and lighting equipment to support your productions and projects with on site audio and visual editing facilities at very competitive prices.

Cost to Hire Valley for a performance for 12 hours per day
- Corporate Rate: £300
- Not for Profit Rate: £250
Media Suite
Complete with 5, Apple Mac G5’s, 2 Apple Mac G4’s, an E-Mac and IMac and a great software bundle including ‘Final Cut Pro’, ‘Pro-Tools’ and ‘Garageband’, this room can be used as an Audio-Visual Editing Suite and is also suited to a training/conference situation.
Cost of hiring the Media Suite
- £150 per 8 hours or £30 per hour
Additional Mini-DV Camcorder and other audio-visual equipment is available to hire. Please contact us for a comprehensive list.
Rehearsals
We hire Valley for rehearsals in the Main Auditorium or Dance Studio.
- Cost for Main Auditorium is £150 per 8 hours or £30 per hour.
- Cost for Dance Studio is £120 per 8 hours or £20 per hour.
Professional Film, Audio & Lighting Hire
We have a range of items including film cameras, portable digital audio recorders, microphones and lighting to support rehearsals, performances, events, conferences and projects. Whether you’re on site or plan to tour please enquire for details.
