We have numerous performance spaces, meeting rooms and IT facilities available for hire and use at Valley Community Theatre.

If you wish to utilise Valley Community Theatre for a conference, event, course, exhibition, meeting, performance or practice area please get in touch to see what we can do for you.

Discount available for arts, not-for-profit organisations and charities.

Following prices are discounted for ‘not for profit’ groups etc..

Corporate Hire please ring for price structure

The following services are included in the hire price of the VALLEY COMMUNITY THEATRE per day (11am – 11pm) for a performance, function or event. Whilst these services are offered in the overall price they are optional and could be replaced by members of your company/staff. However, the price per day is not affected by the replacement of one or more of the following services:

- Technician Lights/Sound
- Front of House Manager
- Security
- Access to lighting/tech box
- Access to foyer
- Access to Main Auditorium
- Access to car park to front of building.
- Access to dressing rooms (male & female)

TOTAL £250.00

OPTIONAL AMMENITIES:

(based on 8hr day)

Rehearsal Space – (Main Auditorium) - £110 per day

Rehearsal Space – (Rehearsal room 1) - £70 per day or £10 per hr (minimum booking of 4 hours).

Media Suite including access to 4 x Apple Mac G5 running a variety of software including Final Cut Pro Film Editing Software and Pro-Tools Digital Recording/Editing Software, ‘Garageband’ music composition tool.
£150 per day

Technical Operator - £125 per day

Please ask about our Film Camera / equipment for hire and our Digital Sound Recording/Editing equipment for hire!

Refreshments / food can be arranged at additional cost.
